A two-hour on-site training session that will cover two training sections; 1) Health and Safety, and 2) Legal Obligations.

Participants will receive handouts and engage in interactive learning activities during the two-hour training session.

Participants will also be given an assessment at the end of the two-hour training to test their knowledge. Upon completion and a passing score of 70%  participants will receive a course evaluation and certificate of completion.

Illinois Cannabis Trainers and Consultants, operating as illinoiscannabistrainers.com is an Illinois state-approved responsible vendor & consulting firm offering Cannabis Dispensary Agent Training, as required by the state. Responsible Vendor Training is facilitated by two experienced trainers.

Both trainers are Licensed Mental Health Professionals with extensive experience in compliance, regulatory requirements, and substance abuse.

Who Should Register

Within 90 days of September 1, 2019, or 90 days of employment, whichever is later, ALL:

Owners, Managers, Employees, and Agents involved in the handling or sale of cannabis or cannabis-infused product employed by an Adult Use Dispensing Organization or Medical Cannabis Dispensing Organization as defined in Section 10 of the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act Shall Attend and Successfully Complete a Responsible Vendor Program.

**THIS CLASS IS FOR ILLINOIS DISPENSARY AGENTS AS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT BY THE STATE OF ILLINOIS ACCORDING TO THE ILLINOIS CANNABIS AND REGULATION TAX ACT**
