J4G will head to Juicy (3:00 pm – 5:00 pm) at 1029 W. 35th Street for heavy hor d’oeuvres, specialty juice AND an amazing chat about health, wellness, the benefits of CBD and how you can own your own CBD dispensary with our esteemed experts Dr. Rita McGuire, Dr. Patricia Van Pelt, and Sherell Fuller!!!

Dr. Rita is the first physician in Illinois to certify patients in the Opioid Alternative Pilot Program is a strong and dedicated advocate for the education and legalization of medical cannabis and testified before the Illinois House of Representatives, assisting in the legalization of Adult Use cannabis in IL. Dr. Rita is also the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of the only African American female-owned Hemp company in Illinois.

Dr. Patricia Van Pelt – affectionately known as Dr. Pat – is the co-founder and President of Wakanna for Life. She is an entrepreneur, an author, real estate developer, certified public accountant, Illinois State Senator, and an Evangelist! She has served in the Illinois General Assembly for seven years!!

Sherell Fuller is currently a director of the J4G board, the School Board of the Downers Grove, the Chicago State Foundation Board and an avid entrepreneur. She is also currently the associate engagement director at Infosys Limited.
