This peer-to-peer workshop gives the new cannabis prescriber the confidence and education to assess, advise, prescribe and treat patients with medicinal cannabis.

Dr Jamie Rickcord is one of the first clinicians to prescribe medicinal cannabis in Australia. He will be sharing his practical knowledge in patient management to help you become more familiar with its place in patient management.

Speaker: Dr. Jamie Rickcord has been practicing medicine since graduating from the Imperial College in London, in 2006. Over the last eight years, Jamie has worked as a General Practitioner in the Northern Rivers, steadily developing a framework of medicine that encourages wellbeing across all aspects of life. He has trained in trauma informed psychotherapy and currently prescribes cannabinoids to hundreds of patients.
