Discover the power of cannabis in the body-mind connection through cannabis-assisted yoga in this online workshop. Bridging the mystery between pain and emotions, the endocannabinoid system and fascia.
A lot of people are walking around in pain, suffering, and living a life that they are accustomed to because they don’t know anything different. Pain gets our attention, it demands change. Curious about Cannabis and Chronic Pain? Does it work? Is it safe?
Safely guided by caring experts, you will gain an understanding of your own internal cannabinoid system and how you can access this natural pain reliever. Incorporating knowledge around fascia and why it is the body’s most important system in the quest for pain relief.
In the experiential part of our workshop, we will connect with the plant in a mindful ritual to explore the breath and how to regulate our nervous system leading to reducing pain and anxiety. We’ll do a gentle yoga flow to invite deep softening and release of old patterns of pain and trauma.
Weaving cannabis into this practice guides you deeper into the postures, intensifies the meditation, and aids in cultivating deeper relaxation, reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, reducing chronic pain and inflammation, and helping promote healthy sleep patterns.
CLASS DETAILS
About the Workshop
Mary from CannaYoga Healing will lead the first part with a presentation on breath, fascia, and the endocannabinoid system. This will be a PowerPoint presentation and last about 45 min.
There will be a short break to prepare for space and medicine if you’d like to invite it to your session. Edibles and tinctures could be taken towards the beginning of the workshop so their effect is maximized during the second half. We only recommend edibles to those who have experience with them and that particular one.
Javi from Green Magic Yoga will lead an intentional imbibing ritual and slowly step into movement. Our Ganja Yoga practice is for all levels and bodies.

Cannabis Use
Cannabis use is always optional in this class. If you’re new to cannabis you might start off with CBD or a low THC option. Vaping, tinctures, topicals and edibles are all welcome. Mary recommends timing your cannabis intake to be onboard at the end of the educational part, about 50 min after the start of the workshop. There will be a short break between the PowerPoint presentation and the guided yoga session with Javi.
