Join us and your Fellow Flower Lovin Yogis to light it up and let it go with an evening of Elevated Yoga and Sound Bath in our private wellness space in Mt. Olive Illinois – just a short trip from the St. Louis and Springfield area!

About The Event:

Sarah Fuhrmann E-RYT and founder of Kush Kula and Our City Yoga will support you in this evening of optional B Y O B (ud) Elevated yoga practice designed for all bodies and meant to support the central nervous system in releasing excess fight or flight response taken on from everyday life STRESS!

Sound Practitioner and LMT Dev Shebad Kaur E-RYT Founder of Divine Wellness STL will then guide you through an elevated sound bath. Lie back and allow yourself to relax and renew. The Gong is a powerful tool for clearing. The vibrations of the Gong wash over you, stimulating the movement of blockages throughout your physical and energetic bodies leaving you in an absolute CHILL.

Consumption is not necessary to attend these events and C B D (non-psychoactive) products are always available on site. Check-in begins at 6 pm with optional pre-event social (see more info below) and class begins at 6:30.

The events are preregistered ticketed only events. The address is kept private and will be given via email after ticket purchase. NO SALES are allowed AT THE DOOR.

Participants must be 21+ and I.D. will be required for entrance.

Please bring a mat and any props you would like for support/rest.

Event Schedule:

6:00-6:30

Pre-Event Social: 30-minute community social for participants to partake in the mindful consumption of B Y O B (ud). No sales on site.

6:30-7:30

Elevated Yoga: 1 hour of mindful slow flow style vinyasa practice to live music designed for all bodies. No use of fire during practice allowed.

7:30-7:45

Elevation Break: Use this 15-minute intermission to replenish your energy needs. Grab a snack, take an inhale and pass it to the left and then get yourself ready for rest!

7:45-8:45

Elevated Sound Bath: 1 Hour Meditative Gong Bath Immersion. No consumption during the sound bath. no exceptions.

8:45-9:15

Snack, Sip, and Sober Up: 30 minute grounding period for participants to re-energize and prep for travel. Healthy snacks and fruit infused water provided.
