With over 600 pages to the state of Illinois’ Cannabis Law (HB 1438), making sure your team is properly trained can seem daunting. At Illinois Cannabis Training Center, Inc. (ICTC), our instructors read the law front-to-back. This expertise, paired with our partnerships with state-wide stakeholders (local law enforcement, dispensary operators/owners, community officials, etc.), allows ICTC to offer program participants certification required to be employed by a dispensary. Participants also gain the additional benefits of unique insights into the Illinois cannabis industry from our experienced instructors, increasing their value as candidates and employees.

Our training, approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), will allow participants to walk away with a Responsible Vending Training Certificate in hand. A Responsible Vending Training Certificate provides legal proof that the holder is equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively follow the complex rules and regulations for cannabis vendors, as set forth by the State of Illinois.

Ill-trained agents put themselves and the dispensary they represent at risk. Failure to comply with rules and regulations may result in fines, suspension/revocation of license, imprisonment, and/or losing your business.
