Traditional Medical Cannabis Pilot Program
Immediate provisional access to the dispensary went LIVE on the 1st of February, 2019 for those persons applying ONLINE ONLY to the traditional MCPP program.
For new patients wanting to join the program, feel free to come in our shop with your completed physician certification form, 2×2 passport photo from Walgreens, driver’s license, utility bill/bank statement, and a credit/debit card for the state fee and we’ll help you complete your card registration online. Opioid Alternative Pilot Program
Signed into law August 28th, 2018.
Effective January 31st, 2019.
General Provisions for OAPP Patients:
– Qualifying patients are people with a current prescription for an opioid OR patient could be prescribed an opioid based on generally accepted standards of care
– Must be 21+
– No caregiver provisions for OAPP. This means OAPP patients can’t have caregivers
– Cannot have a commercial driver’s license or school bus license (but can give it up for a card if they choose)Proudly Serving Our Communities
